Granville Triumph Institutes New Training, Awards Programs for Employees

Granville Triumph has instituted new training and awards programs for employees in his IT business, Atlantic-IT.net. The programs are designed to empower employees to excel at customer service, and to reward those who have shown outstanding achievement and dedication to Mr. Triumph’s “Always Clients First” model.

“Many organizations give lip service to customer satisfaction, or view the customer service department as a cost center,” Triumph said. “At Atlantic-IT.net, customer service is at the core of what we do. I am proud of our team and their dedication to customer satisfaction.”

Mr. Triumph understands that customer service isn’t always intuitive. The training program helps Atlantic-IT.net employees understand the customer’s viewpoint and respond to situations in a positive way.

The awards program offers cash and other perks to employees who go above and beyond in serving customers and who continually improve their technical knowledge. The honorees are chosen by their peers with one exception – the CEO award winner is selected by Mr. Triumph himself.

“It is my belief that you don’t have to have a title to be a leader,” he said. “I hope that these programs demonstrate to our team my personal commitment to their growth and advancement.”
